We Serve
The BIKE FOR SIGHT ride is sponsored by the Eau Claire Noon Lions Foundation for the dual purpose of providing a pleasant early fall ride while raising funds for the continuing Lions Club projects.
All proceeds will be used for the following Lions Club activities:
- Lions Youth Camp providing a camping experience for the handicapped
- Sight conservation programs
- Wisconsin Lions Foundation and Leader Dog School
- Sight, hearing and handicapped projects
- Camp Needlepoint for diabetic children
- Robbins school hearing program
- Salvation Army
- School Safety Patrol
- High School Graduation parties
- Chippewa Valley Museum
- Chippewa Valley free clinic
- Mission to Mexico
Wisconsin Lions clubs transport eye tissue from all parts of Wisconsin to the Lions Eye Bank of Wisconsin at Madison. In fiscal 2007 Lions Eye Bank of Wisconsin provided tissue for 992 sight providing surgeries, 662 of those for Wisconsin residents.
Make a Lions Club your community service organization, membership open to all adults ask a member for information.
